• Salary: £60,000 - £71,000 per annum

• Contract Type: Permanent

• Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring delivery commitments, financial performance, and quality/cost objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the project team leader and technical expert, coordinating resources, and reviewing customer technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and align tasks to deliverables.
• Act as a primary point of contact to facilitate communication between customers, internal teams, and third parties, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Champion significant projects and initiatives, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Support long-term program success, prioritizing customer satisfaction and adherence to business processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and airworthiness regulations.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects/programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
